He is the driving force behind Said Solutions.
"All throughout my career in the care sector, I've wanted to help and support people (which I would imagine is a crucial personality trait to have in our industry) and I wanted to change the direction of that help onto the people who deliver care to people each and every day, in whichever form that takes"

SAID Solutions grew from a simple observation: small care businesses regularly need specialist help, but don't necessarily need another full-time employee or a large consultancy.
